On Pins and Needles!

Oh, EEEK!  i am just beside myself, and needed to talk.  i am in the middle of getting a date for surgery, having had the prelim tests (heart ultrasound, endoscopy, sleep lab TWICE) and need to get a date before 1/1/09 since my insurance co. BCBS federal is changing requirements then.  my doctor, Sina Matin, is waiting results for 2 of the tests, and his assistant told me to go ahead and start the 2-week preop diet NOW.  she is going to see if he will set a date based on verbals from the sleep lab and the cardiologist.   i don't want to call their office again today, and just needed to vent a little.  i can only imagine my emotions are going to gallop away before i hear anything.  anything good is worth waiting for, right?  well, thanks for letting me spout.
