Me too. I am all set for 12/16/08 and everything seems to be moving so fast and I hope goes the same for you. I am both excited and scared to death at the same time. I am lucky to have the support of my friends, family and my second family here at the fire department. Everyone is very supportive and that is a big relief in my mind.
Good luck and I hope everything goes smoothly for everyone having the surgery.
It is great to know some people that will be going through the operation on the same day I will be! Go Team December 16th! I would also like to be in on any of the correspondence going on, it would be great to talk to others.
This will be a true birthday present for me, as my real birthday is on the 17th, I won't be able to celebrate in a normal way, but I will still be celebrating!!!
