I cheated on mine too. I did liquieds during the day and ate protein at nite. I did fine. Best of luck to you

Thank you to everyone that responded to my earlier post. Still don't like protien powder, but doing the best I can. The "mushie" stage is not too bad. Solids are sooo close. YES!

I also did not go through with mine either. My daughter was very sick and I was stressing about Christmas. i am waiting for the Baratric Coordinator to call me back after the holidays and then I will have my head on straight enough to go through with it.

Good luck I hope everything goes well with your surgery. I had my surgery Dec 3rd and I feel great. Big change to your life..lots of adjustments to do but it feels so good when you try smaller clothes and they fit..woohooo....keep us posted!

I hope your surgery went well.. I had surgery Dec 3rd and so far so good. Hard to eat all the protein needed but Im trying hard.. I did a lot of search thru the Internet..Keep us posted how it went!
