Hey Patricia - I am in Charlotte too. I refuse to puree anything, I'm just smashing or shredding things up and chewing really well. My protein shakes keep me so full though that it's just one meal a day LOL You had a RNY with a band? So thats a fobi pouch? I gained 15 lbs in the hospital from fluids and was only in there for one day! It's gone now *yay* but I'm counting those pounds too darnit lol

Good Luck!! I hope your pain is as easy to resolve as mine was. Unfortunately my rash is still irritable but the pain is absolutely GONE! THANK GOD!! That pain was about as bad, if not worse than the pain right after surgery! I was sure I had a hernia or had torn a muscle or something... I would say if yours feels better after a hot shower, probably not a hernia... (I"m not a doctor, not even in the medical profession, but just a guess) - GOOD LUCK!

Wow, this blew my mind when I saw it!. Look at my blog from last week, and youll see nearly the identical symptoms as you described here, and at the same 3 wks after surgery! I've also had a recurring red itchy rash on my stomach in the same area. It goes away after a hot shower ( at least feels better.) My surgeon has told me I may have aggravated the incision by overdiong exercise and hes put me in an abdominal brace to guard against a hernia. But after you mentioned an allergic reaction, I'm going to call him monday and send a link to your post for him to look at. Thanks for sharing!! John

I am soooo frustrated about my 2 week stall that I took the scale and put it in the closet today. I'm really obsessed with it so I'm hoping...out of sight out of mind!! Glad that your stall is over.
