I'm glad everyone is doing well! I'm down 58 pounds, and am 2 pounds away from onderland I actually fit into a 16 Tommy Hilfiger jeans that I bought a while ago and never wore I feel fine. I'm working full days and I don't get too tired anymore. I'm eating some different things, but trying to play it safe.

Thank you!!
My reason for the "sucking it up" comment ... was that it meant I had to look at those again lol I think I have looked at the before photo's one time since surgery. It was when I hit a 2 week stall ... it helped to remind me how far I had already come and that the stall was only temporary. Its so nice to get into clothes I haven't seen in years. Last week I tried on my shorts that I was wearing over the summer (even in Oct/Nov) and I was able to literally pull them down without unbuttoning or unzipping them. FELT GREAT!!!!!!!!!
Congrats to EVERYONE on their loss. I wonder how many "people" we've lost between all of us. My daughter weighs less than the weight I've lost ... when I pick her up I think about that ... silly I know

Topic: RE: workin it ~2/24-3/1 what did you do?
ok after reading your post..i decided it was time to move..36 degrees out, i might as well enjoy the day. I went for a long walk. About 15 minutes into the brisk walk i gained about 6.5 pounds... My lil princess (Maltese) got to cold and i had to carry her the rest of the walk. But I really enjoyed the walk, if it wasnt for the snow and ice i would have walked longer... Today, i have an appointment with my personal trainer. Thursday, i will join this cardio group and I will do something on my own..a video and see pt again on thur or Fri.

We have the same surgery date! I am doing great -- down 36 lbs since my journey began this summer... I went to a seminar in June - after a long, long road my insurance finally approved the surgery in November. I had started working on it just in case they said no. so technically I am down 26 since the surgery and 10 before that. I feel incredible! I had a second fill on Friday. THOSE 2 DAYS OF LIQUID after a fill seemed to last forever. I was so excited to eat something yesterday, wow could I feel the restriction this time~ I LOVE IT!! Great job with your weight loss... I need to be better about the exercise! Getting there.... Take care!
Highest/230 Post-op 221 /Surgery Date 218 / Today 194! I can't believe I am under 200!!! Haven't been there in at least 6 YEARS!!!

Congratulations!
I have finally left a LONG stall behind and have lost 47 lbs since my surgery Dec 17th... 116 lbs since Sept 9th when I started Atkins in anticipation of surgery... life is good! All my days are good, which had me thinking my surgery wasn't working... I prayed for dumping or diarrhea or fullness or SOMETHING... but now that the weight loss has picked back up, I feel better (imagine that!).
Topic: RE: Anyone frustrated with slow weight loss???
I'm happy to say I FINALLY ditched my plateau.... I was destitute just 10 days ago... and in the past week or so, I've lost 10 more lbs.... amazing how much better I feel now... I guess I should have had more faith in the surgery and in myself! Grand total post op = 47 lbs! Not as much as some, but not too shabby either! I am down a total of 116 lbs since September 9th... it feels good. Thanks for all of your excellent advice, support, and encouragement!
