1 mile workout DVD (Walk Away Your Waistline) with the tension belt.
5 miles on exercise bike.

It has been going good. Mon-personal trainer for about 30 min...staff meeting caused me to get there late. Tuesday 45 treadmill with a nice lil incline... wed gym and washed clothes...running up and down the stairs...Thur a break...Friday personal trainer, and i am going to join a water aerobic class on Sunday.

My 3 months is today. We've lost about same amount. My upper arms are LOOKING FLABBY!!!! I've added working with 3 lb weights(trying to tone those arms before its too late) to my stationary bike routine. I try to exercise at least 5 times a week and usually only get to it 3-4 times.

hiya! well i've had a lame workout week so far huh?
but today i joined up into a yoga class............
so 45 minutes of yoga today!
and tomorrow i will walk or do the eliptical! i will i will!
Christine. stalls stink!.... but don't say only 40 pounds! that is great! i am less than you and my surgury was on the 17!.. i think we all think that it is just going to fall off.. most people don't loss it very quickly( 100 pounds in 4 month kinda thing)
think of all the postive out of it so far!

Ok, so I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who has been horrible about updating this week
I'm on another stall ... which really stinks! So I am only down 40lbs and am in my 16s still (not complaining don't get me wrong! lol).
I've been doing my treadmill and my DVD ... nothing new and exciting to write about! lol

All Drs have different protocols when it comes to shakes and bars. I track my food on Daily Plate, and with what I eat there is no way for me to make my protein amount every day. I do drink shakes ocassionally for breakfast or between meals. I add protein powder to soups, puddings, jello, hot cereal, yogurt. I use protein bars when I am at work, and want something chocolate....no more vending machine. I also carry a protein bar in my purse for that just in case situation.
My thought is that you do what you need to do, and if it means occasionally using a shake or bar to make your goal then do so.

ok so I went to the doctors and they told me I dont have to drink protein shakes and protein bars.........whats up with that, how am I supposed to get 60grams in? They said I should be getting my protein from food but I know there is no way that will happen. Anyone have an opinion?

It doesn't seem possible!.. the past 3 months have flown by so fast!.. as of today I am 246.8lbs!.... and I am thrilled!.. thats a 53 lb loss
