Topic: RE: moving it in may workouts
I am so happy that its nice outside (most of the time lol). I generally walk about 2 miles in the morning and then another 2 in the evening with my girlfriends. On Thursday I picked it up and walked 3.5 miles in the morning knowing I wasn't going to be able to walk at night. I need to incorporate weights into my workout now so that I can work on toning.
Really need to work on getting rid of my hips!!
Topic: A little late - 4 month pics!
As always I am a little late in posting my "monthly" pics. This month my upload cooperated though (always a plus!) so my pics are normal size lol
As of this yesterday I am down 65.4lbs and have gone from a size 22 into a 12/14 pant; size XXL top to a Med (even without losing the boobs yet ... sorry guys TMI LOL).

Topic: RE: moving it in may workouts
Since March, I've gradually built up my walking length. I started at about 30 minutes daily and now I walk for an hour 5x per week. My husband and I also bought mountain bikes last weekend and have been riding 3-4 times so far. We were definately SORE after the first time! Although I haven't lost anything lately, I have been losing inches! I will keep exercising!

i think it's a great time to set some goals!........
snacking can really be a bad habit. and a hard one to break....
and i think we all could drink more water.......
great goals!
so far i'm doing ok with my goals. but my weight lifting still needs improvement.. it's hard to fit it all in( this is the part where i start making lame excuses.lol)
but working full time, having a family, and in school 3 nights a week plus homework too!. i'm almost done with class so then i truely will have no more lame excuses.........
how is everyone doing?
Topic: RE: what are your goals for May?
I haven't really set any goals for myself, but I think it is time. I feel like I have been lazy and just along for the ride. My weightloss has really slowed, but it is my fault. So here are my goals for May:
1. Get back to the gym!
2. Stop snacking!
3. Drink more water.
4. Lose 10 pounds.
