Try posting this on the main board - I don't think this one gets much activity.

I had RNY 12/28, so far I have lost 55lbs, and have been stalled for a while now. I work out 1-2 hours 5-6 days a week. This is both cardio and weights. I started in a 1x top and I am now in a size large, my pants at the time of surgery was 22W, and just this past week, I am wearing a size 14 jeans. While I have a lot of hair, the hair loss sucks. I can not wait for this phase to pass.

oopps! having a blonde moment!. i meant the 13 minute mile. but typed something else. i knew what you were talking about.lol. but i typoed it wrong.......you would have to be a mad man runner to do that in 13 minutes. i don't even think a runner could do that!

nooooo 3.5 miles in about 45 min ... but it breaks down to a 13 minute mile. Mine used to be well over 20! lol The pic of the river is actually in my profile ... It is definitely my motivation to not give up after 1 lap lol I want to try to take my puppy with me ... but she is a Bassett Hound and I'm thinking that would mean stopping every few steps for her to sniff and stretch lol

Hi Karen, yes, sadly, I'm still losing some hair, but not as bad as before. But it is REALLY thin and makes me sad. I should drink more protein, but have a hard time juggling the time around meals and water. I like the Unjury brand. Tried lots of others but they were nasty.
130 pounds in incredible, awesome, fantastic!!!!!!! So proud and happy for you.
