I am December 20th too!!! I am currently down 66 pounds and have been in onederland for a day or two, but now I've creeped back up to 200.5 again. I think I need to up my water a lot and start walking more. Other than that, my loss has been very slow but without too many problems. I hate eggs so I guess I don't have to worry about that!!! Good luck to everyone from the December 20 group!!!! Erin

Topic: RE: UPDATE--6 Months
I have not posted on this board before. Never even looked here. Just bored tonight, so I am looking around. It is great to see that everyone is doing so good. I have lost 140 lbs. Reached goal before the end of June. I have gone from a 52" waist to a 40" waist. 3xl shirt to XL. It is just awesome. (I saved the worst for last. I have done no exercising)

Topic: RE: Six Months out... How is the weight loss?
HI, I had surgery on 12/11/07 and feel great. As of today I have lost 72.3 pounds. I, too, am losing slowly, but the inches seem to be doing just fine. I have went from a 22/24 womens to a 12 regular!!! I have never vomitted and have only felt upset twice (supposedly sf peach cobbler and ground beef). Now I tolerate just about anything. I don't eat things with more than 3 grams of sugar or fried things, so maybe that is why I don't get sick. I exercise no less than 4 times a week. Although I can't say that I love it, I don't hate it anymore because I am committed to this journey and know that it is a neccessary part. I have found that if I change things up often I don't get bored. Thanks for inquiring. Jenni

12/20 too. Sounds like you are doing great! Had a few snags but down 50....been around that spot for 2 months but had a fill yesterday. Love knowing people with the same date... my email is [email protected] Do you know what band you got? I dont eat bread or pasta. Tuna fish is hard for me..but i retry it sometimes, I guess I try and do without the mayo. I have to try a few things..... How much do you eat around? Linda
