Topic: Just made the final deposit!!
I'm one step closer to changing the rest of my life. I just came from the doc's office and paid my final deposit. Now i'm just waiting for my surgery date. The office said I could have it the week of Christmas! I can't imagine a better present for myself

Thanks to both of you for the response...I appreciate it! and as far as the christmas food and everything,I really dont have a problem because I cant eat much of it even if I want to BUT when it comes to candy,it goes down really easy and is very hard to resist! =( Even tho' I make some christmas money from making it,Im pretty sure its not worth it and I even thought about not doing it at all...BUT everyone stalks it! lol Everyone even to the kids are like when are you gonna make me some of that candy???lol sooooooo its kinda hard to say no...but anyhow.....thx guys maybe I will get a grip here soon,I did work my big butt off at the gym yesterday and Im gonna do it again today so maybe that will atleast help me to not gain so much even if I dont lose this month..have a good one guys!

Man, you arepeaching to the choir. I am still in pre op and I am craving sweets o bad.
But, I think that it would be fine to have small portion. I heard from a woman waiting in the dotor's office tat she hll piece of candy if she craves it. she has lost a lot of weight after her surgery, so I would take that advice. My biggest problem s having a little, because when I get the tats I want more. LOL!
Topic: Surgery tomorrow (today, I guess) - Dec 4th
Well Surgery day is finally here! I cant believe it. I have waited so long for this!! I cant believe the day is finally here. I am so excited to start my "new" life! Its the middle of the night right now and I cant sleep I'm so excited, nervous, etc. I've been pretty calm all day, but for some reason, just cant sleep.
My brother emailed me tonight and wish me a Happy "RE" Birthday! - I LOVE THAT ! Today's my "RE"Birthday - I'm going to celebrate it every year! (OK, maybe not with ice cream and cake) - but I will celebrate it!

hello I was on 14 days of liquids it was tough but ok get some jello and pop cycles sugar free though as long as your on full liquids you can have sugar free pudding and yogart ant cream soupes the selete type soups are wonderful and try to drink your water also it will help but at the end of my liquids my dr said he could sure tell i didn't cheat because my liver was pulled back like it needed to and I lost wgt also.. take care gl on your journey you can doooo itttt promise.. just look to the future I am only one month out post op and 30 puonds gone forever... cathy
