Wondering how all the December 2007 people are doing?
I love hearing how great we are all doing! I have lost 72lbs since surgery and a total of 141lbs since Sept. I started in a size 5XL and I just bought a size Large t-shirt... WOW! I have about 30lbs to go to reach goal, and I NEED MAJOR plastics and look forward to losing this gut! My weak point is exercise... I haven't found something that I do/enjoy doing/will do daily..... No wonder I'm such a slow loser! I think I have dumped once, and that was this week (finally, I know I actually DID have surgery!).... otherwise, life is GREAT!
Hi all,
I had surgery Dec 4th. I have lost 73 pounds and went from a size 22 to 14
I am 35 pounds from goal. I do also have some flab issues that need to be removed .
I recently joined a gym, its slow going but I figure some is better than none. All my labs are well. I have never had a problem with hair loss.
Great job to all

Awesome topic!! Its great to see how everyone is doing (even though I know we aren't supposed to "compare" lol)
I had surgery on 12/27. So far I'm down 67lbs and have 32 to go! I started this journey in a 22 pant & 1X/2X top ... I am now proud to say that I can wear a 10/12 (snug!) and a Med top!! I never thought I would lose weight this quickly and I am hoping that I will be able to tone it up ... I truly don't want to undergo any future surgeries to "tighten up!" lol
I thought this was a neat topic. It encourages me to see how everyone else is doing that had surgery about the time I did. I had surgery on Dec. 21, 2007. I have lost 88 pounds since surgery and 102.8 altogether. I still need to lose 67 pounds. I have gone from a size 26/28 to a 16 and sometimes a 14. Need MAJOR plastics on my upper arms! Keep up the good work everyone!

I have lost 75 lb - gone from a 24 to a size 16/14 depending on top or bottom.
I am having a hard time because I am having some chronic pain and it is causing me to really reach out to food - I feel the strong pull towards my addiction and also a strong pull toward any other addiction that would like to take food's place. I am anxious about the addiction part.
On the other hand - physically I can't believe the difference in how good I feel. It truly is like night and day. I have started an exercise program and am loving/hating it. I am also delving into more exercise that I enjoy - dance related stuff. It it pretty unappealing for a 35 year old flabby pants but it is what I like and I am willing to make an ass of myself if it means I can find something I can do for the rest of my life.
My breasts are very small for my size - and I don't think I have much skin at all that doesn't have stretch marks on it. My upper thighs and my upper arms are serious problem areas and either I will have to learn how to dress it or I am going to have to have surgery to repair the damage there. My breasts ...... well.....it is really not good.
I will definitely have surgery for my breasts at some point.
Ok...well...now you know all! I hope everyone is finding what they were looking for and let's keep doing this - creating a community of people who are experiencing the same thing and finding support in each other.
