Wondering how all the December 2007 people are doing?
Just checking in to see how everyone who had a WLS in December is doing?.. and how you are feeling?
As for me... I'm doing great the weight loss has been great and I'm walking atleast 2 miles 5 days a week - I know it should/could be more. I still haven't joined a gym as of yet. I do plan to .. Just money is tight right now... So I'll stick to my walks for now.

Yes, the stalls were so depressing at first, as I didn't know what I was doing "wrong". Then, the more I read from others on the forums, I knew I was ok and it's normal. I take Biotin and drink protein shakes, but I think there is nothing I can do about the hair loss, except pray it comes back soon. Have you noticed how many "Kelly's" there are on the OH website? I never knew any when I was growing up and now I see lots. Silly, I know, just cracks me up.
Hi, had surgery Dec. 7, 2007. I lost 130 pounds. But got alot to go. Are you still loosing hair? I worried about it too, but it's ok now. Would like to hear from you. And how you are doing. Oh I drink protien drinks too not as often now but I drink GNC brand it's really good.
God Bless

Hi Karen, yes, sadly, I'm still losing some hair, but not as bad as before. But it is REALLY thin and makes me sad. I should drink more protein, but have a hard time juggling the time around meals and water. I like the Unjury brand. Tried lots of others but they were nasty.
130 pounds in incredible, awesome, fantastic!!!!!!! So proud and happy for you.

I had RNY 12/28, so far I have lost 55lbs, and have been stalled for a while now. I work out 1-2 hours 5-6 days a week. This is both cardio and weights. I started in a 1x top and I am now in a size large, my pants at the time of surgery was 22W, and just this past week, I am wearing a size 14 jeans. While I have a lot of hair, the hair loss sucks. I can not wait for this phase to pass.
