moving it in may workouts

ok... again i find it motivating to her what others are doing for thier workouts. this post is going to go on for the entire month of may! feel free to post away you workouts and share tips that have or ahve not sworked for you. if you want to post daily awesome! or once a week! great too!......... anythings goes i guess, just looking to get some activity going! let's support each other and work it baby! summer is right around the corner, and i want to vamp up my workouts and need some support....lol....( i need your help to kcick me in the @ss) so today i walked 30 minutes briskly, and later tonight i will do my weights....

so it's looking like a solo mission! i have been doing my walk away the pounds dvd f3 mile fat burner with weights. 50 minutes. got that in 4 times with week!. so i'm doing ok!...... looking to work out both saturday and sunday. i really have to work at this hard now. my weight loss is just not moving anywhere now!. even though i am losing inches........

I am such a PROCRASTINATOR and SLACKER when it comes to exercise. I was good for about 2 months and now I'm slipping...BUT.... I did get on my stationary bike twice today!!! Now...if I can just keep it up.

Since March, I've gradually built up my walking length. I started at about 30 minutes daily and now I walk for an hour 5x per week. My husband and I also bought mountain bikes last weekend and have been riding 3-4 times so far. We were definately SORE after the first time! Although I haven't lost anything lately, I have been losing inches! I will keep exercising!

sounds good ladies!..... i think the consistant workouts can be hard to acheive! so again i did my walk way the pounds dvd, 3 mile with weights, 50 minutes!........lol i hope it gets easier!. i also like to walk, but when i do these dvd's they do leg lifts and kick back with weights and alot of arm movment, sothing i would look like and idiot doping it i was walking outside!...... but i love to walk outside and get the fresh air too!......got to pump up my bike tires and dust off my mountain bike for some action too! hopfully my @ss won't hurt when i ride it.....or more like hope my @ss is smaller now so it won't hurt..lol..... wow! i hour a day! that is fantastic.........inches lost is a ebautiful thing ride that stationary bike girl!..... do you watch tv when you ride?

I am so happy that its nice outside (most of the time lol). I generally walk about 2 miles in the morning and then another 2 in the evening with my girlfriends. On Thursday I picked it up and walked 3.5 miles in the morning knowing I wasn't going to be able to walk at night. I need to incorporate weights into my workout now so that I can work on toning. Really need to work on getting rid of my hips!!

wow! you inspire me! getting in that walking 2x a day!....i like using the weights myself! hopefully it will pay off with some toning! how long does the 3.5 miles take you?..... i hate the hips too!. it's my biggest measurement of my body and always will be, i'm a pear shape.......but that also has been my biggest inches lost so far too!... looking forward to hearing more form you too tonight i did my walk away the pounds 3 mile with weights, 50 minutes!...ya me lol

I walk at the park near our house that overlooks the water. I tell ya, I think its the awesome view that keeps me motivated! I'll have to post a pic in my profile ... its absolutely gorgeous there! When I did the 3.5 miles it took me about 45 min. So I'm at about a 13 minute mile ... which is better than I have EVER done in my life LOL How do we get rid of the hips??? I have started using an ab lounger to help with my tummy ... just really struggling with the hips. My 12/14 jeans are baggy in my butt and thighs ... but fit in my waist and hips ... frustrating! lol (never thought I'd complain about that LOL)

having a beautiful view while walking is nice!. i'd love to see a pic of that!.. i live in a town that is along the ocean, so i love walking the beach or along the boardwalk.just hearing the roar of the ocean is so calming to me.. wow! 3.5 in 13 minutes. hussle girl!... keep it up!.. you making me want to get out and MOVE IT ! and the hips?.........hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.............i hear ya!. if i could have small hips when this is all said and down with losing weight, i would be the luckiest girl in town!. you too?.... i have heavy thighgs too, but nothing like my wide hips.......they have come down alot though! and i'm thrilled about that... i guess we just need to keep pluggin away at this huh? this week i have been still doing my dvd walk away the pounds for 50 minutes with weights. i plan on doing that again tonight and that will get me sunday monday tuesday and friday DONE!.....wed and thur, i had to much going on. i wasn't even getting home til 9:30 at night............ soooooo i think this week was ok. i am going to try and workout both sat and sun too

nooooo 3.5 miles in about 45 min ... but it breaks down to a 13 minute mile. Mine used to be well over 20! lol The pic of the river is actually in my profile ... It is definitely my motivation to not give up after 1 lap lol I want to try to take my puppy with me ... but she is a Bassett Hound and I'm thinking that would mean stopping every few steps for her to sniff and stretch lol
