ok so a new month is about to begin, i thought i might be motivating to hear some thing we would all like to schieve or a going to work on for the month of may...... i'll start try and walk right after i finish work, that way i get it done. soemtimes i will put it of and then i just doesn't happen........ for whatever reasons or lame excuses......lol..... and do my weight lifting more, i started out doing everyother day, but it hasn't been that for a few weeks, so i need to get back to that drink a little less crystal lite and drink a little more water.lol.sounds silly i know but i do drink mainly crystal lite and i want to start changing that... do more yard work....... get some compost, lay that down, get the mulch delieved, lay that down, and move around a bunch of hosta plants around the landscape...... i think i might burn a few calories huffing the compost and mulch..... well those are jsut a few that i can think of off the top of my head.. how about you?

May is going to be a scary month for me classes are ending which means my walking class will no longer be meeting 3x per week. I need to find a new source of social exercise. I'm praying for the funds to buy a couple of bicycles for my husband and I. So # 1) find a new (cheap) source of exercise. 2) get down to 173 by the end of May (weight estimator) 3) fit into a size 14 - thats a bit of a stretch and maybe not loose any more hair in may.

My goal is to get protein shakes back in my life daily. I have been using and food and protein bars to meet my protein requirements, but I think that maybe if I go back to shakes I'll get more bang for my buck! (more pro, less calories).... I would LOVE to be under 200lbs by June 1st, so that means I have 14 lbs to lose in just a couple of weeks... my weight loss has been SLOW SLOW SLOW, so it won't be easy! My other goal is to ZUMBA at least 5x/week, that should help, too!

At least 1 Protein Shake a day! Move from walking on the tredmill to running. Increase my gym visits from 3 times a week to 4. Play with my kids more (especially outdoors). Lose 10 more pounds. I'm a few pounds away rom the 100's club!!!

I haven't really set any goals for myself, but I think it is time. I feel like I have been lazy and just along for the ride. My weightloss has really slowed, but it is my fault. So here are my goals for May: 1. Get back to the gym! 2. Stop snacking! 3. Drink more water. 4. Lose 10 pounds.

i think it's a great time to set some goals!........ snacking can really be a bad habit. and a hard one to break.... and i think we all could drink more water....... great goals! so far i'm doing ok with my goals. but my weight lifting still needs improvement.. it's hard to fit it all in( this is the part where i start making lame excuses.lol) but working full time, having a family, and in school 3 nights a week plus homework too!. i'm almost done with class so then i truely will have no more lame excuses......... how is everyone doing?
