Weight Loss to date
I think everyone is doing great.
I use the website www.thinnerself.com to "chart my weight" and it helps with a chart, high weight loss expectations, low weight loss expectations etc... i thought I wasnt' doing so well either until I "charted" my loss and and found I was actuallY on the high weight loss expectation side.

My RNY was on 12/26/07 and I've lost only 57 pounds. Seems very slow to me, compared to a lot of folks on the main site and here too. I know I need to up my water intake and have tried to cut out carbs completely, as they are a bad trigger for me. I walk on the treadmill for 1/2 mile each day and hope to up it soon, after I get more fat off these hips so I don't hurt so much. Just whining, as I should be very happy with my success, just can't stop comparing myself to others who are losing faster.
