Exercise
Hey everyone! So just wondering how everyone is working out? What are you doing for exercise? I am getting bored with going to the gym and using the equipment there. Wondering if anyone knew of some good DVD's that I can mix things up with. Also what is working for others, like I am feeling good about my workouts but now I need to target some areas like abs,thighs,love handles you know,lol. So fill me in on how long and what people are doing.
I'm a treadmill girl! I do 20-30 minutes at an average speed of 3.2mph... while watching TV. I've also got an elliptical that I need to start using! I've lost all my padding and sitting is no longer comfortable!
With the warmer weather, you should be able to switch it up and find something enjoyable... swimming, biking, walking the mall (while chatting with a friend), fertilizing the yard or using a push mower... There are lots of options.
Working out with a buddy will make the workout go by faster!
