Hi everyone, Yesterday was my two-month mark since WLS. I've lost exactly 60 lbs since surgery and 114 lbs since my highest. Here are some photos to remember the occasion. You can use the links at the top of the photo page to go from photos taken on the day of surgery, to me at 1 month, and 2 months (yesterday): http://web.mac.com/mikeprevost/Site/Surgery.html Anyone else have progress photos to share??? Come on, be brave! Don't leave me hangin' Mike

Wow yourself Kelly great! Of course you didn't wear the clown-like baggy clothes for the comic effect, but impressive anyway! Congrats.

Thanks Angel. It looks like you've got the exercise thing going which is what I MUST do myself. So many say that exercise is the KEY to long term success even after WLS. Here in the snowy cold Boston area, running outdoors is not generally possible, so other avenues must be found. Keep up the good work yourself. Mike

Not enough really. I walk about a mile at a time, but not every day. I'm in that part of the weight loss curve where the metabolism is doing most the work. But I KNOW that some consistent sweatin' is going to be required to get it (nearly) all off. So I'm repairing a wonderful commercial model stair climber from Life Fitness. Once it's operational it will become my primary aerobic workout. I have a exercise program put together by the Physio doc in Tuft's program that includes weight training. His plan specifies when I should use the weights and when I should do cardio. This will be my first week. Thanks for asking about that. External motivation to get started is very helpful right now. Mike
