I can eat anything, too. No sugar or fried foods, though. I have to go slow, chew chew chew, and take little bites. Lean Cuisine Meatloaf/mashed potatoes were good! I ate about 5 bites of a quesadilla on my birthday. My Dr. said I could eat anything my pouch would allow!

I haven't really had any trouble with anything. If I have, it is b/c I ate too fast or it was too dry. It kind of scares me. I mean I don't want to be sick, but I hear people that are 3, 5, 6 months out and say they can't eat anything.

So far I can eat just about anything. The only real exception is fruit. Even though it is natural sugar, I still can't tolerate it. Everything else has been okay as long as I follow the rules.

OMG I had cole slaw the other day.... it was so delish and stayed just fine! I was so missing some raw veggie type things. I also do really well with fish..... and for some weird reason mexican food.... I know not the best choice but 1/2 of an enchilada does not bother me at all!

Hi Jenni: I can eat just about everything I've tried. So far I've been able to eat Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, and American. The difference is that I eat much less than I used to. I kept hearing that I wouldn't be able to eat so many different foods that I love such as steak, ground beef, rice, etc. That has not been the case. I've only discovered three items that are problematic for me. That being said, it really all depends on how something is prepared. When your doctor says that you are able to eat meat, I suggest putting it in a pressure cooker so that it is moist and easier to digest. Desiree

I can only eat cream soups..... scrambled eggs, Dannon Yogurt Shakes, stuff like that I baically can't eat regular foods at all or you know what will happen... Food feels like it gets hung up.... i'll ask my surgeon when I go mid March if this is normal... right now... i'll deal with it and LOOSE =)
