Checking In
I was at the 5 week mark on Wednesday and down 35 pounds! I'm feeling good. I've been going to the gym doing the tredmill and elliptical machines.
I can't wait to do weights, yoga and pilates. My doctor says I havce to wait unti 8 weeks NO EXCEPTIONS.
I really miss Salads and steak!!!
I've bought a few great things to wear. I'm starting to really notice a difference!
Glad to hear that you are feeling so good. I haven't bought any good new stuff yet, but tonight I was running late (as usual) and grabbed a pair of jeans from the closet hoping I could squeeze into them long enough to sit through a 2 hour meeting, and surprise, surprise, surprise, not only did they fit, but they were comfy too!
The changes really are amazing.
