Im new here and a little confused

Hi my name is Kara and im new here. Im a little confused on how to use this site. Im in the process of trying to get my lap band approved, i just started working on it friday. I was wondering if anyone else worked at dell and had aetna through dell. I dont work there but my husband does and i was wondering how hard it is to get it approved with their critria.

Welcome!! I don't have any answers to your questions, but wanted to welcome you to the site. I've found it very helpful... You might want to post your question on the main board - it seems there's a lot more traffic there and I suspect you may find someone there who has your insurance... One suggestion I would make is that you call your insurance and see if they can tell you any of the criteria for approval for WLS. My insurance required that I have a physician directed/monitored weight loss plan within the last year so I had to get that out of the way before I could move forward with everything.
