Any other December people out there?

I have a December 2007 date. Does anyone else?

I am hoping to have my surgery in December. I have to do the 6 month supervised diet andwe will be able to submit the paperwork in Sept to the insurance...and then I hope to do the surgery in December (becaus eof vacation time, the holidays and work will be slower then). Do you have a date set in stone yet?

I have not actually scheduled a date yet. I am in college and will be on break beginning on the 16th, so I hope to schedule the surgery as close to that date as possible. Good luck to you! Stacy

I am hoping to have my surgery in December. I satisfy all my insurance requirements in November and hope things move quickly from there.

Hi i'm doing the 6 month supervised diet also starting in 3 weeks. I'm supposed to be done w/ all the tests by hopefully Oct? Most things are scheduled for this month. The only thing holding me back is the supervised diet. Hopefully things will get rolling by Dec or Jan.

Heyy! I have been checking this site periodically and I'm glad some people finally posted! I am in the process of completing the checklist of appointments and hope to have the surgery in December. I am holding off because I am in college and that would be most convenient so I will not miss classes. Can't wait to hear about everyone's progress in the future. Hey All! I'm hoping to have mine in Dec as well. Not really sure it will work that way, could be way before, could be way later- i'm aiming for Dec. I'm also in College and our school lets out in Dec for X-mas. My school is odd because we only get off a few weeks, so i may not take classes for the next term if it works out that way. Or maybe an early Jan date who knows! My B-day is Jan 7th- that would be an AWESOME B0day gift to myself!! Any way- I had to reapply for insurence and that should come in with in 3 weeks and once that comes in im heading back to my surgeon and getting on all the pre op stuff. I'm almost 95 percent positive that my insurence does not require a 6 month diet, and i'm praying that is true other wise...well I'm going to be posting on the March board lol...but I'm praying think that will not happen- wish me luck everyone! And Good luck to everyone else having surgery in Dec!!! I'll be praying it all goes good!!

I'm hoping for a December surgery date! I am working on the dietician/nutritionist part now. I have to have 3 months of a supervised program, so I'm lucky that it is not 6 months. I am still researching between the RNY and Lap Band, :juggle: so I have some time. What about you ladies?
