I lost 2.2 this week so now I am at almost 10 (my scale I am:)
I am thrilled to finally be back on track again.

Well I joined WW 4 weeks ago. I have to say I never thought I would sitting through another WW meeting but I needed to get back on track and it is helping. The online food journeling is helping me more then anything. What I am noticing is there is NO way I can actually use that many points and still lose weight..I have been trying to stay under my points but I have to say it is hard some days as snacking is a HUGE problem for me!!!  I have lost 7 1/2 and am happy as the scale is going down and not up as it has for the last year. I hope everyone is doing well..I miss ALL of you.

When I weighed the other day I have gained 3 lbs.  I am up to 209 now.  I have Got to find a way to stop this emotional eating, I am probably gonna have to break down and go see a counselor or something.

I am glad to hear she is doing well. Are you having another girl? I think I remember you posting something but can not remember if you said Boy or Girl.
