ok--you made me LAUGH OUT LOUD. **** happens..or should i say kettle corn happens. I had a peanut butter sandwich for lunch today on whole grain bread...that i will account for....but not the BEST choice.
Night time is a booger for me too...hence the watermelon adn the second protein bar...we will work it out....whoo hoo...have a good weekend...be the best that you can be- continue your workouts and all will be ok!

I went to the fair and saw Kellie Pickler last night.
I ate kettle corn. The end.
You are inspiring me... if I can just get 100% motivated! I am trying. I do good all day long and in the evening my reserve gets low to resistance. How do I change that? that is what I am working on.

I had the ablation done too about 4 or 5 months ago and I just love not having the heavy flow but YES the other symptoms are the same cramps, bloating, cravings, and headaches

Getting better! (ha ha only day two)
Breakfast: Protien Bar
Lunch: Chicken Leg broiled
1/2 c spinach
small salad with light dressing
Dinner: Red Bell pepper stuffed with beef and rice
Snack: Protein Bar
See my calories they are a climbing. I just need to get re acclimated. I have a Crustless Quiche in the oven as we speak. I woke up at 5am and told my husband that i had to get up and cook me a crustless quiche (but he knows i am nutz)
45 minutes of cardio
55 stregnth training with trainer
total:
970 Calorie
51 Fat
54 Carbs
78 Protein
So as yummy as the stuffed pepper was - i know there has to be a lower fat alternative to ground beef. My husband is a wonderful cook and makes the mistake that everyone does adn totally underestimates the caloric values of things (or fat content) That pepper alone had 25 grams of fat. No sweat. whoops quiche is done --talk to you gals later

You did awesome! You exercised BEFORE work which is something i wish i could commit to but i just havent been able to. Plus your day was good- snacks aside-plus like Ro pointed out..they were not high calorie snacks they were just high CARB- which is natural for cravings.Itcould have been worse - could have had a BIG eating day and snacks. Funny story- last month i had my "visitor" taken away (uterine ablation) so i dont uh......(bleed) BUT the freaking cravings and cramps are still there.....I CANNOT believe.....i have my follow up on monday with my GYN and i am going to have to have a word with her about the cramps and cravings. sheez.
