Congratulations on the early grandbaby!  Glad he is doing great, mom too I hope?  Big brother is going to have a lot of adjusting to do...poor little guy.

No criticism of your eats, they are medically ordered after all.  When *I* register carbs that high you know it is just an overactive fork and a big no-no for me.  (and then it shows up on the scale!)

I've only gotten through lunch today so I'll edit this later (how cool is it that we can do that now?!) with my eats totals.  Here's so far:

--lactaid latte
1) 1 banana-oat bran muffins
2) 1/2 GNC prot. bar
3) nsa blue bunny ice cream bar
4) WW grilled chili-lime salad at Applebees (THE WHOLE THING!)  Yum!
--another latte

more later!

Keeping an open mind about my increased Eats:  Something that I HAVE to do NOW... EAT(never thought that would be my homework... )  Wish me luck tomorrow!  I'm going for the CT!

After that darn deed is done, I'm planning my next few days with the Guys and the Grands!  Yes, there are 2 cutie-pies for me to cuddle now!  Both BOYS... so I'm still out-numbered...   Our almost 2-year-old grandson looked at me and said... "BABBBY" (His eyes seemed to roll as if to say "What just happened to my Kingdom!"  Little Brother grandbaby came early (37 weeks) and is doing Great!!!

Here's my EATS:
B: watermelon, cantaloupe, peanuts, LS oatmeal
L: Goya paella with crab delights, oat bran pretzels, wheat bread w/ ICBIN...Butter Spread
D: meatloaf w/ FF gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, ICBIN..B spread, oat bran pretzels
S: FF yogurt w/ blueberries, FF yogurt, grapes, 2 Fudgsicles, oatmeal raisin cookie, SF cocoa, rice w/ chili & some Tostitos (just a sampling... burning stomach revolted!)

Topic: Weighin' In...

Hey, Gang... It's OUR favorite day again!!!!  HeHeHe
Since I've been such a stinker lately, I'm putting it out there early.  My weight is OK.
Still bouncing between a small range of Lbs.  Having to increase my calories to keep the Lbs has made for a lot of "what's the best choice" tension; facing the food demons...

HW: 332+
SW: 274
Lowest Weight: 128.5
Last posted Wt: 129.5 on Aug. 21
...then some bouncing... 130.5 - 132.5 - 129.5 - 130.5 - 132.5  (Keep Away from the Scale!)
CW: 132.5

If you can stand it... here's my monthly caloric intake averages:
January: 1024
February: 1082
March: 1071
April: 1264
May: 1637
June: 1756
July: 1943 (w/ 2 week vacation)
August: 1867
1st Week in Sept: 1977

Well... my "concern" was undoing all of the good eating (restraint) of the past year just to maintain the 4 Lb regain  (lowest to current), which has been a mind-bender!  I've nearly doubled my calories... something I had planned to avoid, since the "original game plan" was to get used to eating around 1100 calories to maintain for "LIFE"!

Everyone is different, but we do share a common bond and mission:  "Fighting Obesity"

ALERT!!! ALERT!!!    Diarrhea as a motivator

  Thanks, but NO thanks!!!

ps... I forgot that fried foods could cause IT!   Glad that I dodged that bullet...

The Snyder's Organics (Honey Wheat / Oat Bran) taste better to me than their "non-organic", which is basically a thicker stick.  (1 organic = 2g / 1 "non" = 4g on the digital scale)  There is a taste difference... crisper too.   You probably don't have a Shoprite nearby, but they carry them by me.  Maybe contacting Snyder's site would help you locate them... Yum... don't forget the Pumpernickel ones (only in 4g / "non-organic) as it is a good go to snack or bread alternative, when eaten with meats.

I'm a Fudgsicle Girl... can't risk bringing ice cream (even NSA) into the house too often!

We are on the same page with the Planned Safer Foods vs Grazing.  I think that it is the most realistic way to go!

Re: Truncated List:  Just a thought... When Dec MB did the "Adding Up" post of weight lost, many members responded.  How do we locate that post again?  I think that it was started by Melissa.  Is there an easy way to find it?   Maybe asking previously listed members to POST again is all that is needed...

 ONEderland Congrats!!!!

Here's the link to the "Quick Fills"...  http://www.fillcentersusa.com/
I haven't checked them out, but thought that you'd like their info...  You might want to search the company name + the word "complaints" (or similar word to find out what other people have to say about them).  What do you think???  Any good???

Could you have the office include the code(s) on their billing that shows that you had a "fill" rather than just a visit?  Perhaps you can have the office resubmit your first claim... and inquire what codes are needed for included payment.  I would think that the fills would be covered if the codes were listed.  Worth the time and $$$...

Seems were all tracking on the same "Feelings".  I've not heard about the company doing "Quick Fills"....what could that mean, I wonder.  My first fill was in/out in 20 minutes and we chatted most of that.  What I did discover is my insurance doesn't cover the fills becasue they show up as simple office visits.....Well, mox nix, I'm a much happier ONEderland girl and looking forward to more releif on them ol knee's.

You take care, enjoy this wonderful day and I'll be in touch next week after my Sep 16 DANCE WITH PHIL (FILL)
