AWwww, Molly... Thanks so much for the memories!  I showed-up here a bit later, but just seeing some of the members... and their CW / Goals at the time... makes it clear that things have changed for the better for the gang.

I was amazed that Melissa was HOPING to get to Onederland!  Hasn't she always been THIN?
The end entry... Our Guy, Steve... just put the perfect finish on the thread!

Wasn't it a post by Melissa that said... "Let's Do It..." or something?  I couldn't find it either!

Hope that your PS works!
XOXOXO

Topic: RE: AcCOUNTability... (Molly... Gals... Steve...) & Grandbaby Info
Molly...  My sweet DIL had blurry vision and headaches (blood pressure was basically OK) so it caused some stress for her Dr.  He didn't want to deliver too early and risk under-developed lungs.  The little guy gave a good cry, which was a relief!  Big Brother is adjusting... but what choice does he have???  Just when he's getting everyone firmly wrapped around his pinkie, the competition showed-up!  He'll be just fine though, as he has tons of Grands hovering about... me included!

Let me know about WW grilled chili-lime salad...   Chicken, Right?  It didn't get stuck???
or did you go with shrimp?   How spicy was it?  I love salads... mostly baby greens for me.  One spinach salad did me in for the whole night... in the bathroom, due to too much roughage.  The steak salad that I ate at Outback's was on a wilted salad, which wasn't what I expected... and didn't really like, but other people seem to go for it.  I love crunch!  Lately, I've missed spicy..

We are probably going there soon and I need options!

Topic: RE: Weighin' In...
Thanks, Molly!  I'm prepping the ol' tubes now with Phillips gel caps... I want the scan to show good things (not everything... if you get my drift).  The only thing that I have to do is not eat for 4 hours prior to arriving 1 hour early... to drink the weird concoction that help with the contrast. When they release the contrast into your system, there is a rapid warming sensation that ends at your... 'ER.... you know!  The assistant forewarned me that no matter how much I might think that I just WET myself... it won't happen.  Some people get all flustered and move around when they think that they are "GOING" that the assistant now tells them "IT AIN'T SO"! in advance.  I got a good chuckle, but when the feeling happened... I was glad that I knew... and didn't wiggle!

What do you think that you ate that made you feel ill?

I still like your idea of posting the "best / lowest" weight of the week to change things-up a bit!
Say one month reprieve on the same ol' .... just use the lowest #... and take that time to refocus on meal planning and exercise again.  Glad to hear that you are ready to MOVE again!

So... You'll be dancing with Phil!
It took me a long time to figure-out who Aunt Flo and Tom were...
Not your everyday couple.
Phil doesn't seem to be related to them, but just mentioning his name gave me the giggles!

For fun take a look at this thread that Melissa started when we were fresh post-ops and you will see some of the members we haven't seen lately.  Fun to see where we came from!

I was looking for the post you mentioned, Ro but haven't found it yet.

Molly

PS....if there is anybody out there lurking who didn't post their loss the first time around please by all means add to that total....so cool!

Wednesday is my fav. day of the week just not the weighing in part.   Here goes, I'm ticked:

HW: 268
SW: 230
LW: 143
CW: 143   GRRRRRR!   I got down to 142 over the weekend and then back up.

And this is AFTER having the flu/food poisoning.  Well, I haven't exercised except for at work so I guess that is the problem.  You know, I am thinking of temporarily abandoning my beloved treadmill (which needs dusting, frankly) and going back to my cheapie little stair stepper that was my first-year companion.  Maybe that'd recharge me a bit exercise-wise.  What do you think?

Good luck tomorrow on your scan, hope it shows good things!

Molly
