Now about the "narcolepsy"... didn't you get really groggy after certain foods OR do you think it's just the PMS-syndrome?? I ate too much sugar the other day and knocked-out (DQ... what was I thinking?)...

She's too cute!! So happy to hear the good news about how well she's doing. It's really hard getting advice from more than one doctor, especially when you like one more than the other. So I gather that you are going to continue nursing and add on foods over time.
Sydnie LOVES cereal IS a big step.. so where are the messy, eating pics???? Any teething???
Enjoy every minute and give her some snuggles for me!!

Sounds like a really good plan from the Doc. Big Time Slipping here too. Your info got me thinking of reducing my overall servings and omitting the recent add-on foods (Chinese, Pizza, DQ...) that I've been chowing-down. Just got top comfortable with EATING again!

Hi, Patti... Welcome Back!!!
I don't know what the overall feeling is about the 5DPT. Some here have tried it, but then they seem to mention a regain later. I think that it is basically a way to take a break from "eating". Many of us are journaling our food, using FitDay or SparkPeople.
Seems like old habits are hitting us hard! Here's to making it to Goal!!!
