Your kids costumes sound cute... Have you picked your costume yet? Last year was GREAT!
Glad that your DH is getting ready for the Band!

Our #2 son will be celebrating his marriage in November and DH wants to knock-off some Lbs too. He recently hurt his knee and is bummed-out that he can't walk right now. X-ray results will tell us more this week on what type of injury happened to the knee and if he needs Physical Therapy.
Good way to have increase the smiles by decorating on your Birthday! Keep the Positives... there what makes life feel warm and fuzzy! I Love Christmas... and then to get out of SNOW! It's a lot of fun for DH & I to visit our kid's homes now to see all of the work that they done to fancy-up into Christmas Decor... Can't Wait!
I'll have to get back to you on my results, as I'm going to be scheduling an interior ultra sound soon. That's the current plan! The comparative CT showed additional fluid and now some cysts. Hey, cysts are better than masses!

Depression arrived here a few weeks ago... You're in good company, as we're making the effort to get through IT together here.
If I remember correctly, you've been pretty miserable about this new job from the beginning. Do you have any plans to "move on"? I'd keep a bright attitude on the job... best appearances.. aim for some promotion or job related seminars to boost my resume. The focus would be to get happy, if not there... somewhere else. ((((BigHugs))))
A not-so-great work situation can drain the life out of you. Be Happy!!!
Keeping in touch here can be made a bit simpler by checking the Recent Post section at the left side of this page. You can get a brief overview of what's going on... and then chat away... that's right ~~~~~~ jump into the conversation! It's that easy!
We want you here more... We need eachother's support and friendship!
Tell me... Which other MB will give you good connections without the bite of Cattiness!!
I haven't found it. This is Home Base for me... Join In.. Rachel.... and every one else... U 2, OK?
XOXOXO

Terisa is right about the new format and the resulting truncated listing here. Seems a bit frustrating, as other member list (State boards, Surgery-Types, etc) were not truncated! Hoping that we can build a strong core for support here again! Be Part of It....
Life is so much better now! Glad that you are making the most of it...

The Rxs that add weight are pathetic... been there!
Sorry to here that your babe's necessaries are in limbo... Go Figure!
I know that it will only be a glitch in a very happy visit, but it does make you wonder..
"What were they thinking???" In a perfect world, all details would fall into place!
The East Coast - West Coast locations... now that's ARGHHHH!!!
You might want to set up web cam connections to get your "fix" of that cutie!
Hugs...

Glad to hear you are doing good. I can totally relate to the "latte addiction.'' I did not tocuh the stuff until after surery and I bcam a Starbucks junkie. Since we are trying to have another baby I have cut way back and only allwoing myself one a week.
Are you going to paint your new place? I have been wanting to paint every room a diffrent coolor in my house. So far I have painted my kids rooms and 2 walls in my living room red and then I got bored with painting. Good luck picking out all the new stuff. I bet it will turn out beautiful!!
Anyways....what's going on with my life....work, husband, son, home and on top of that we are in the process of buying a townhouse which needs alots of updates so that's is going to keep me busy and motivated for a while...to many choices to make,,what color tile, how much to spend, how much work to do and so forth. However, one thing I know for sure is that in order to be able to do all the work I want I have to give up my habit of "lattes" from that expensive place all over town,,,,now I just get it from my house...

I sure hope your husband is able to get his surgery soon enough so he can recover promptly and enjoy life with his beautiful wife and wonderful kids.
Love,
Bea
AND I've lost 10 lbs since the second fill.....of course it was part of the 20 I'd put on after the Rx I was on for migraines...OH well....it's all good right!!!
We're waiting on the baby's stuff. The airline did NOT transfer his luggage. No car seat, no stroller, no SUITCASE.....ARGHHH....if I'd wanted them to leave the stuff in LA they'd charged me double!!! But all is well and we're not looking at the calender....3 weeks and my heart is broken yet again.....ahhhhh, but I wouldn't trade this for the world.....
I'll be checking in.....thanks so much for thinking of me and staying in touch.
Always shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you land among the stars!!!
I got a great PM from Ro today and she brought up some good points. Maybe instead only focusing on "food" we need to just converse about what is going on in our lives, good and bad. Lord knows we all have food demons, but maybe we do not need to talk about only that. So I thought I would start and give you all a brief look into my world.
*Please stop reading now if you are prone to fall asleep from bordem as my life is not that exciting*
We are in the midst of Halloween at my house. My kids have just picked out their costumes, Optimus Prime Transformer for my 4 year old son and a Mermaid for my almost 3 year old daughter. We have also been spending allot of time at The Dollar Tree (if you have one by you, go) they have some nice Halloween decorations and you can't beat the price.
My husband has also come to the conclusion that he needs to drop a few(75-100) pounds and is looking into the lap band. He is currently in a wheelchair, he has spina bifida, and thinks dropping some weight more make him more mobile. He used to walk, but as his weight crept up his stability got worse.
Not much else going on down here is the Sunshine State, just wi**** would get a little cooler. Can't wait for Christmas, my favorite time of year. My dh had this loose rule about putting Christmas decorations up before Thanksgiving, but since my birthday falls on November 22 the Saturday before Thanksgiving and we had to cancel our trip to my home(Illinois) I have convinced him that would be a great day to put out all our decorations. I know weird, but it takes so long to get them all up (and down) that I want to enjoy them as long as possible.
So sit down with your water and spin a tale. Tell me what's going on with you?
Amy
