Wednesday Weigh In /Weight Loss Challenge Week Two
Good Morning All! I hope that you guys dont mind my using this platform for my weighloss challenge. It looks kind of like the DAWN show....is this obnoxious
Well, week one was a learning experience- got the exercise regime down pat- and now I am focusing on the food. Last Fri, Sat & Sun were disasterous and if i always have done that - no wonder i dont do well, that is literally half the week of poor eating.
Tuesday I ate:
Breakfast:Protein Bar
Lunch: 2oz chicken and salad with lf dressing
Snack: Crustless Quiche
Dinner: 5oz chicken and green beans
Snack: Protein Bar
Calories 923
Fat 31
Protein 107
Carbs 55
Weight last week: 207.6
Weight this week: 206
