Fridays Eats and Moves

What did ya eat and how did ya move gang???

Eats:

-pro coffee (1/2 scoop pro pwdr, SF syrup and whip)

Breakfast: Blueberry Cottage Cheese Pancakes with SF maple syrup

Lunch: Small salad left over from last night with romaine, cauliflower, peppers, onions,  few golden raisins and a few crumbled walnuts with light rasp walnut vinegerette dressing.

Snack: Greek 0% Fage yogurt with 1 tbsp of FF/SF cheesecake pudding and SF vanilla syrup topped with 3 strawberries and a small handful of blueberries

Dinner: Protein Shake with soy and whip

Snack: 100 calorie pack of cocoa covered almonds and 100 calorie pack of popcorn

Snack: 2 slices of ham and 1 mozz cheesestick.

Looks like a lot right????  It's 1200 calories.  Not joking.  If you eat lighter you can eat more! I am all for that!!!

Moves:

Going to take dogs on a walk here soon.  I am not feeling well though, sore throat etc.. sigh.  I hate being sick! Ok I am done whining :)
