Skinny Cow Mint Ice Cream bars.. baby has craved anything mint, and this really hits the spot.

With that carb confession out of the way.  Caitlin and I weighed in at 200 lbs an hour ago at the OB office, after dad took us out for Mexican for lunch/dinner.

47 lbs gained for this pregnancy.  Now, let's see how long it takes to come back off

Hope this will be a better week for you.  I was ticked to have gained 4# from my carbo-sodium loading over the weekend but am getting it off.

I am still here..Just not posting my weight as I am so embarressed..I weigh more then some of the BEFORE surgery people...I know I need to get OFF the carb wagon and stop the grazing.
Today has been a pretty good day..I watched Biggest Loser  last night and had a LONG talk with myself!!!
Hopefully next week I can post a positive:)

You can kick that carn monster to the curb melissa!!!  Rememner that carbs also magnatize water.  Our liver has a substance called glycogen.  For ever glycogen molecule you have so many water molecules that are attracted.  Glycogen is on our liver if we do not provide carbohydrates then our bodies will utilize that for energy.  Remember the Atkins diet.  So if you had any of those depleted and then ate more carbs than normal, water weight/swelling will happen as a result and is temporary if you bring your carbs back down u will notice the shedding of water and rather quickly and of course us women being hormonal that can always contribute too.

Take it a moment at a time, live for today, not yesterday and not tomorrow! YOU CAN DO THIS! I like that you are logging again, self-awarness is huge!!  You are being accountable big pat on the back!

Took off 7 lbs, came home weighing 146.5 with fluids/swelling.  Still swollen and they say the swelling can get worse before it gets better so I am sure my stats will be all over the board the next coming months.
