I added Preop Plastic Pics to My Profile

Hi December Babies!

I just added some preop plastic photos to my profile.  Viewer beware, they are graphic.  I did have a friend of mine cover my girl parts as minimally as she could so all could be seen.  She used... a sharpai wrinkled dog.. HAHA .  Ok so I really thought it was clever and quite humerous. Again, I am embarassed to post these, however I *know* without a doubt how much others who posted their preop plastic pictures helped me.. so I am paying it forward .  You must be my friend to view these photos and again they are very revealing.. this is a big thing for me to do but I really do hope it helps others and I will want to see my progress as I heal after my PS next tuesday.

All I can say is WOW!!   How great for you!   I am headed that direction, I too have a rock of a husband!   They help us make it even when it gets tough.   You are in my prayers as you take this next step in your journey!

This was a huge step for me and one I am even thinking this morning as to "why did I do that?" But I know it will help others and people never believe I have "all that" under my clothes.. yes, it is very there.  Many have even doubted my decision to have PS saying it must be for vanity purposes.. so wrong. LOL.. this proves that.  Good luck to you also with the rest of your journey.  Be sure to visit the PS board, its awesome and the people there are very helpful!

I have to say I am SHOCKED!!! Since my skin is still stuffed with fat I honestly had NO IDEA what was under your clothes. I ADMIRE you for posting this and having the surgery. You are a role model to many of us. I can not wait to see your after pictures...

Yeah I know, its pretty amazing isn't it? There is a lot of it. :(  It was hard to post this and I am sure I will shell shock a lot of folks.. but its done now.. and I hope I help others.

In the hospital one night for sure, paid for two but may not stay two and get refunded.  It all depends on pain and if there is any nausea.

WOW!!! You are so brave in sharing these pics with us. You are going to do fine next tuesday. 

Do you have a recliner? I used mine for about 3 weeks after the hernia repair and panni removal. I do not know what would I have done without it......

I know.. "brave" is an understatement.  After I uploaded them I thought to myself, wow am I really doing this? but ya know what.. I have been pretty transparent this whole journey, why stop now.  My body doesn't look good, I lost 190ish pounds so it is what it is.. I just hope that people don't judge me negatively for posting them.. they are eye-opening and graphic but I guess with me being a nurse it isn't the end of the world either.  I know most would NOT do it.. and I can appreciate them for that also.  But many did share their pics with me and this is my way of paying it forward.

I did get a recliner from the in-laws and a toilet seat riser with arms that I bought.

Add me to your list of admirers, but I think you know that already. Sometimes I look at my body and wonder where I would be if I did not have bones to stop the skin from just concaving into my body. I am so happy that my ribs give my boobs at least a semlance of shape without a bra. I wish I were joining you this journey. You can tell in some of the pics just how shapely you will be at this journey's end. Outer beauty without having to hide under clothes! YAY, your inner beauty  will now be matched by the outer. Good luck with it all, and thanks again for all you do for all of us.

As for you body if you are ok with a good bra (I am) then no worries.. I just can't handle the gut thing at all.. its tough on my psyche, it makes me feel obese still.  There is just too much of it hiding under my clothes, I am amazed it isn't more apparent than what it is.  

Again I thank you and maybe someday plastics will be in your future if that truly is what you want.  You look wonderful to me!!!!
