WEDNESDAY WEIGH IN
WELL HERE WE ARE AGAIN ANOTHER WEEK GONE AND I HAVEN'T DONE ANY BETTER THIS PAST WEEK.
I PRAY THAT YOU GUYS HAD A BETTER WEEK THAN I DID. I HAVE GAINED 5 lbs. THIS PAST MONTH SO I AM THOUGHLY DEPRESSED.
MY HUBBY AND I DID GO TO THE GYM LAST NIGHT AND I HAD A GREAT WORKOUT, I RODE 4 MILES ON THE BIKE AND WALKED A MILE ON THE TREADMILL AND I TELL YOU, IT FELT WONDERFUL TO GET THAT EXERCISE.
BUT NOW WHO KNOWS IF I'LL GET BACK IN THERE ON A REGULAR BASIS LIKE I NEED TO.

unfortunately, i have not kept my resolution to start exercising again--and i know i really need to. nonetheless, the scale had been very kind to me this morning.

CW 129 (if i lose just sever more lbs i'll be back to where i was a year ago and my favorite pair of jeans --overprised 24 waist dream pants i bougth a year ago as a personal reward for getting thin will once gain fit comfortably )---they looked awsome of me until i re-gained some weight and i miss wearing them soooo much.

I forgot to post my weight last week but it wasn't anything to be proud of anyway...I was up 2 pounds and didn't even change my ticker. Went from 144 to 146. This week am down a smidge and that is good. Will try to hold the line or even maybe lose a little more but it is PMS week so I'm trying not to stress about it.
