Wednesday Eats

Breakfast-FF Yogurt with strawberrys and granola
                   2 slices Ham
Snack-Watermelon
Lunch-chicken lettuce wraps
Snack-few pieces of hard candy (oops) Fiber granola bar
Dinner-1/2 piece chicken parm (homemade). and 3 spoonfuls noodles and 1/2 slice french bread
Snack-yogurt with strawberrys and granola (later)

I need to do this for ME as I need to be accountable to MYself. Not the best day but BY far not the worse!!

CONGRATULATIONS SWEETIE FOR BEING ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOURSELF!!! 

UNFORTUNATELY I STILL HAVEN'T STARTED DOING IT.  OH IN MY HEAD I SAY "OK I'M ACCOUNTABLE, GOING TO THE GYM, ECT.....  I GET ALL PUMPED UP IN MY HEAD BUT WHEN IT ACTUALLY COMES TIME TO DO IT I JUST FLOP.

I need to walk or something..I had my husband pull out the treadmill 2 months ago..it is still sitting in the same spot..untouched!!!
I keep looking at the bag of chips and keep telling myself I DO NOT NEED THEM!!!
