It is so easy to come here and whine; you all have had your fill of my complaining so I will post some things I've done 'right' lately.  Things that are good for me.  How about you post what you've done good for you?

*  Logged my food today.  (didn't eat great, but hey I logged it!)

*  Went shopping today and bought a new mattress that should let me get a decent night's sleep finally.  Woohoo!!!!

*  Got on the d*mn treadmill.  30 minutes on the incline program.

*  Baked some sugar free muffins and protein bars to restock my freezer for safer, sane eating.

*  Entered a new recipe over on Sparkrecipes.  Cranberry Bliss Bars.  My daughter loves these so I finally got around to getting stats on it.  (  http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=5105 60 )

Having turkey breast and spinach salad for dinner tonight.

Ok....anybody out there reading?   You must have done some good things for yourselves today, let's post them and give ourselves a pat on the back instead of just focusing on things that are less than perfect.

Hugs,
Molly

edit:  a major 'whew'....back down to 144 today.  Huge sigh of relief!!!!!

What did I do good for myself today?  Well, weekends in general suck for me...get totally off-program, and it doesn't help that I'm totally stressed cause men are STUPID!

I don't even have a man!   I m talking about the ones that work for me!  STUPID. Nough said. STUPID.  Did I say men are STUPID?

I did mke a batch of turkey chili today.  Yummy and spicey!  I ialso made a batch of my cowboy caviar.  I love cooking on the weekends and prepping for the week.

Nlow I am enjoying a glass of wine (Reisling) and watching a movie.  5 YO is in bed, teens are out at drama practice for church and dog is snorting on the couch next to me.  That is my evening plan!

Sorry to hear you are having employee problems...no fun at all and who needs the stress???  Why can't they just do what they are supposed to do and play nice like grownups?.....  (sorry)

Good for you making the turkey chili and cowboy caviar.  Are those things that hold you well?  With me, chili becomes a slider and I have trouble stopping when I know I should.  It just tastes so darned good and keeps going in comfortably.

Prepping for the week ahead is such a good idea, too.  I've been having trouble with breakfasts lately and hope that my prepping this weekend will get that back under control.  I've just been having way too many calories to start the day and it really isn't necessary.

Hope the movie and glass of wine were good and hope you are enjoying Superbowl Sunday.  I drove DH and a pal of his to another pal's house and then will go get them later.  Makes for a quiet day here.

I had my husband pull out the treadmill and fix the mat as I now I have NO excuse not to get on it..I broked one in a room against the wall was a good excuse not to use it:)
I have realized today ,in the shower as I was talking to myself about my weight, that I lost 20 pds before my surgery on the shrink your liver diet but cutting out carbs so I can do this again. I honestly thought to myself "I do not know how to do this anymore"...then I went back and realized I do remember, I am just choosing to forget!!! Sooo tomorrow it is lets SHRINK the damn liver again and cut out the carbs!!!
Thanks for posting this Molly..I know I am tired of my whining so I am sure everyone else is also!!!
I will post a what I ate today tomorrow so lets get back on track TOGETHER!!!

Oops, I never have gotten around to getting a mat for my treadmill.  I'm not gonna ruin it am I?

Today I am just plain old pooped and am not gonna get on the treadmill, that's bad isn't it?  Maybe I should just do a few minutes on it to get over the mental hurdle.

Sundays always bumm me out because I stress out worrying about the week to come and dreading work.  Which is silly, really since I work with very nice people and they all like me and I'm not as lazy as I make myself sound.  (at work at least!)  Maybe it is just the early, early mornings and knowing how fatigued it makes me.   Sorry...I'm whining again.

Good for you going back to the shrink the liver plan for awhile.  I dragged out my leftover 5DPT frozen soups and will do a few days of soup meals.  Not exclusively back on that plan, but it can't hurt going back to more liquidy food for a few meals.  And having something thawed and ready to go in the fridge is always nice when I get home from work and am so tired.

Better go get a little more laundry done.  Am no****ching the big game but want to know if the commercials are good this year.  Don't they have them on the internet somewhere???
