Well I am still the same no loss no gain which is such a reliefI have totally abandoned my exercising since I have been sick with the female and gall bladder problems.

I am ok with that. I see my doc tomorrow for my 2 year, had to keep rescheduling due to such severe weather! I weighed 140 clothed last year, I will be up some but not that much. Yeehaw! Labs were awesome btw! I am happy to report!

Writing my calories down for the last 3 days....really trying to stay around 1400 right now. I know I have been getting in over 2000 some days cause my night/evening munchies are out of control. I gotta stop buying what the kids like...popcorn, chips, cookies...they don't need it either! But then I here things like "there's no food in this house!" God-forbid they have to actually cook their meal (14 and 17 and they never eat what I make so we all eat seperately).
I am righting down calories only on my little sticky note on my desk. I know I get plenty of protein. Just need to stop sneaking a bite of this and that here and there. Measuring and making sure I stick to the serving sizes! We'll see how this works next week.
Oh, and last night I was working on my stability ball and challenged my 14 YO neice to situps...I did 40 and told her if she could do 41 I'd give her a $1. She fell for it but could barely do 40 and that was with cheating! Bet her abs hurt today!
Hi Melissa, glad you had a good week. Mine...not the same. :( This month I've been really extra depressed and don't want to do much of anything except eat which still doesn't solve the problem and then just makes me sick. Pooh. Not good numbers on Weds. but here they are:

Last week I was sure I was up from sodium and did, in fact come back down but then ate it back up again for real over the weekend and it has just kept going. Lots of stress at work and home but it will even out pretty soon so I'm trying not to be whiney. It'll sort out and I'll get back on track, I know.
Most all the folks in town are all beat down by the winter blues this year so I'm in good company, at least. I bet we will see a huge resurgence in jogging and race participation if Spring ever arrives here.
A little more snow due tonight and more bitter cold temps. Sigh....
