It is nice to not have "losing weight" at the top of my new years list. My goal is to exercise regularly and maintain good eating hbits.
My personal goal is to stop making other people's problems my problems. I am one of those that feels the need to "fix" things for other people. My sister being number one. I have decided that my life is mine and hers is hers. For the sake of my own happiness I have got to stop taking on her issues and trying to fix her life. She is responsible for her life and if it ends up in the toilet that is her problem not mine (she is also bi-polar and seriously manipulative and always twists things around and guilts me into feeling like her problems are my fault or will be my fault if I don't help). So my daily montra right now is "I am not responsible for her happiness, I AM responsible for MY happiness. And, I will not sacrifice my happiness any longer."

HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GREAT HOLIDAY. I AM PLEASED TO SAY I DIDN'T GAIN OVER THE HOLIDAY, I DIDN'T LOSE ANY BUT THAT'S ALRIGHT TOO BECAUSE I AM JUST HAPPY THAT I DIDN'T GAIN (ALTHOUGH I AM VERY SHOCKED) BECAUSE I WASN'T GOOD WITH MY EATING OR EXERCISING AT ALL!
I DIDN'T REALLY COME UP WITH A NEW YEARS RESOLUTION THIS YEAR BUT LIKE EVERY OTHER DAY OF THE YEAR I AM JUST STILL GOING TO KEEP FIGHTING THIS OL' BATTLE.

GO COLTS!!!!
weigh in? WTH is that?
I have not stepped on a scale in a few weeks but my clothes continue to fit so I am happy for that.
Thankgoodness loosing weight is NOT longer on my new year's resolution list, however, this year I wish to go back to my regular routine of drinking water instead of too many lattes....it's better for my health and for my wallet.
