12/7 Two Year Surgiversary!

I cannot believe it has been 2 years!

For me, this journey has been a breeze (so far).  Other than learning the eat slowly and chew well (and I sometimes still have this problem), I haven't had complications.  I have been very lucky!

I would like to see the 150's one day but have come to the conclusion that withou plastics this may never happen.

I have reached a point that is very liveable and doable for life.  I may not exercise like I should.  If I did I would probably see that 150 something.   Still working on finding that groove-thang.  Just when I think I have found it I lose it again. 

So, my goal for the next year to to find my groove-thang and DO IT!  Today, on my 2 year surgiversary I am going to start the couch to 5 k plan cause I want to run!  Gotta be carful and not knock myself out with the jiggly body parts but I know I have some duct-tape around here somewhere LOL.

congrats on your 2 years u look great... my 2 years is on the 11th kinda mad at self i have put on some weight...but im gettin down to brass taxes after 1st of year. wtg again Love Marsha

I also feel this journey has been a total breeze...hopefully, it's going to stay like that forever. No complications, and pretty much eat whatever I want. What else can I ask for?

Belated congratulations on your surgiversary.  I'm so glad to be sharing this journey with you and getting to cheer you on as you accomplish more and more.  And with each day we stay in the struggle together, that in itself is an accomplishment!

Great idea making a goal for the next year, I will have to start contemplating that.
