Thursday Accountability
My name is Elaine and I am a PB addict. I think I need to stop buying it. But with a 4 YO in the house how do I not have PB around? He loves it, I love it. Our relationship with it is almost obsessive! He will it by the spoonfuls. He is by no means overweight, in fact almost too small for his age (the WIC office has has me bring him in for extra weigh-ins because he is just small). I could too but I don't. I put it on a rice cake cause I also need the crunch factor and it prevents me from eating 1000 calories worth of the stuff in a sitting! But I find myself wanting to eat PB rice cakes at every meal! Every meal! I don't, mind you. But, I could easily live on the stuff. If there were a food shortage, as long as I had PB I would survive!
On to my day!
B- Mocha protein shake
S- coffee w/ SF creamer
L- beans w./ sausage
S- one (only one) PB rice cake
D- turkey rollup (I really need to get in more veggies...)
S- yogurt w/ BB, granola

S-snack size pack of (50 calorie pack) sour gummie things (I have no idea why I ate them as I really do not like them)
L-salad, cheese sqaure Yogurt and a clemitine
S-2 halfs of a lemon poppy seed muffin (small)
Hot chocolate
D-4 or 5 Taqutos (not all at once)
S-grapes, 2 clemetines, cheese square
