TGIF!!! Accountability
It's Friday! Yay for me!
We are having a Turkey day luncheon thingy at work today...I brought a turkey and fresh green beans...there only only 5 of us that work here but we also have family visitors and a few contractors that will be coming by...my co-worker made brisket (yay). So needless to say..today will probably be an off-day for me but here is my plan:
B- mocha protein shake
S- coffee w/ SF creamer
L- the obvious...turkey, brisket and maybe a bite or two of green beans
S- more nibbles of left overs..gonna try to resist the starches and pie but with brisket around that may be easy...cause I haven't had brisket in forever. Also, depends on whether I have eaten too much at lunch and may be feeling like doo-doo this afternoon but I am gonna try not to over-do it!
D- Left overs from lunch again....do you see a pattern here?
I missed my elliptical last night....got busy snapping green beans and cooking up the bacon and onion to go in it...then prepping the turkey...etc, etc. Hardly got the chance to see Grey's or Ugly Betty darn it!

Trying hard to follow rules today. Having to fast for a blood draw was good incentive to start the day right. Here's so far and I'll edit as the day goes along:
Water, water, water
1 homemade chocolate tvp protein bar
nf lactaid latte
lunch? some chicken veggie casserole
Gonna go for a nap since today is my last day off with free time alone in the house and am relishing the last of the quiet.
Didn't get the nap, ironed a lot and cut out some valances. Might sew tonight, might be lazy.
snack: 1 tab. sf choc. chips (bad!)
another nf latte
1/2 cup nsa ice cream and a 15 cal. cone
1 apple
Was going to make Mahi Mahi for dinner but DH won't be home till late and won't want to eat, why bother? Maybe I'll just have some egg beaters and call it good. Calories are great so far, even with those darned choc. chips. (leftover from baking yesterday)
Another edit: had 1/2 cup of Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken (sparkrecipes.com) for dinner and just now had 3 bites of 5-Minute Pumpkin Cake. Gonna go to bed happy!
Have had a lot of tea and coffee today, hope that helps with the water weight. (If I actually have any water weight. )
