Saturday accountability
So last night was B.A.D. for me...munch, munch, all night...don't know what got into me. It's the little bites here and there that dd up fast.
On to today!
B- coffee w/ SF creamer and a couple PB balls (weekends I usually skip the protein shake)
S- Blueberry flavored yogurt
L- chili
S-PB balls
D-have some sausage I need to cook up and some beans...think I will make something out of that
S- yogurt w/ frozn BB and granola (that is my fave!

I think we all will have days like this (or nights?) and as long as we brush ourselves off and get back on the wagon and not let it defeat us is what really matters. I had a very bad night last night.. i reponsed to it in your friday eats post. I am over it. MOVING on.. like you said.
Here is to a good weekend my friend... I am planning my food intake right now also. Thanks again for keeping us accountable, even with our mistakes.. in the end we will still be much better off.

D- chicken salad with light balasamic dressing and lots of veggies (yum, im such a veggie lover)
S - EAS RTD shake
I slept till 1pm b/c i have to work all night.
Tomorrow the same except I will have something to eat for breakfast when I get home.. prob turkey and cheese b/c its easy and I try to stay quiet not to wake the husband and dogs up. He has to DJ tonight and will be home at 3am and be very tired.

Hi all,
I am out of town with family. I did good today,
B- eggs, sausage and grits
D- shrimp with alfredo sauce, salad
Lots of water. I have been sick this week with cold/flu. Been taking Nyquil all week, including tonight. It is TOM as well, so it makes for a little misery for me.
I hope to shake this so that I can get back to the gym on Monday. We are tailgating tomorrow so I dont know what I will be eating. Will try to get online and post.

Hi, hope you had a nice Saturday. Rainy and gray here today...inspirational for grazing. Not good! Biiiiiig fight with DH last night and still upset about it today but he went hunting and I got busy getting ready to get the kitties from the vet and then the rest of the day taking care of their poor little drugged-up selves. They've both had another dose of pain meds/antibiotics and are laying around here rather gorped-up. Looks like they are going to both be healing very well, except for cost we are really pleased with our vet. Oh well, good medical care isn't cheap and our babies are worth it.
Eats today, as best I can remember them:
--about a pot of coffee and creamer
2 lf lattes
cc pancakes, 1/4 c syrup, 1 real egg
2 servings Melissa's Apple Crisp and sf whipped topping
1/3 cup craisins
2 cups Diana's Black Bean Soup
about 6 oz. chicken breast and lf ranch (in 2 servings)
1/2 cup nsa ice cream
Too much grazing...sigh. Only had a little nap for sleep last night and been so busy today. DH is letting DS have a sleepover tonight, sheesh. There will be no sleep going on here but then I have a hunch I'll be worrying about the kitties tonight anyway.
I will do better tomorrow! May even manage to get my homemade protein bars made if things settle down around here.
