Wednesday accountability
A friend gave me some ham yesterday and that is what I ate for dinner instead of my chili...it was yummy (homey glazed)! But boy am I retaining water today!
B- 3 protein balls
S- coffee w/SF creamer
L-more ham , who cares about the water retention right? the way I see it...the quicker I get rid of it the quicker the water retention goes away!
S- maybe some warm tea with milk...
D- chili
S- yogurt w/ BB&granola (almost out of BB's and time to go to the store!)

Today I was planning on getting on the treadmill, but may just use gardening as my exercise today. Is that ok? It seems a bit of a cop-out but today I am so blue after our local election results that my heart just isn't in it. Plus, tomorrow is the kitten's surgeries and I am worried and nervous about it...sigh. Add to that some extended family drama and I am worried about surviving eating let alone getting in my exercise. So I'll keep going outside and working till the toes are too chilled then come in to warm. It is good, hard work and should generate a good feeling of accomplishment, right?
Eats didn't start out well but I did make one smart choice....fed tempting things to the dog!
B: 3 sf homemade oatmeal cookies (not Heathers, these were from a Splenda mag.)
S: protein coffee latte
L: will have 1 slice meat-crust pizza
S: 2 turkey patties and 2 T lf ranch dressing
D: ? Cornish game hen half? Thawed some yesterday, need to roast them today.
S: ? Maybe another mini bag of popcorn...crunching is good for nervousness (dubious choice of coping mechanism but it's honest)

Praying for your babies tomorrow and for your sanity with it. My little puppy will be getting "fixed" in the next few months and I can only imagine how stressful that is. Even if it is a routine procedure.

So far coffee with protein powder and SF syrup, I don't have the rest of the day planned unfortunately. I am doing the decarb thing after Halloween again so prob shakes and protein/salad

Well this morning I started off with my normal pot of coffee w/ creamer
B: 1/2 and egg and ham sandwich, cottage cheese and yogurt
S: p/b and apple
L: 2 cheese slices w/ Ritz crackers
S: 5 min. candy bars from Halloween () I will be glad when all of that is gone course if I were smart I would throw it away. LMBOBO
D: probably some left over chicken chili I made yesterday yummy
ACTIVITY: went to the gym bright and early, walked 20 min. on the tread climber, rode 4 miles on the bike and lifted some weights.

I KNEW there was a reason I like you!!!! Another coffee addict!
Today I have an excuse to drink a lot of coffee and herbal tea...I am freezing from working in the yard. Not to mention my poor arms are so sore and the hot drink makes me feel soothed. Do you hear the pouty little whine in my voice there?
Mmmm, the chicken chili sounds so nice! I think I have a single serving of it in my deep freeze outside. Seriously, I need an assistant to go out there with me and track all the food I have in my two freezers. It is just crazy. Especially when you have a bottomless-pit 14-yr. old who goes through the freezer turning everything upside down. I never know where anything is or what is left of what's out there.
