It's Monday...
Yesterday's road trip did not go too bad. Not great but not horrendous either.
Today's plan:
B- protein shake
S- coffee w/ SF creamer
L Crabby salad (homemade coleslaw with imitation crab and raisins thrown in for good meassure)
S- deli turkey w/ cream cheese
D- chili
S- yogurt w/BB&granola
Back in the groove after the weekend boo-boo's!

L-homemade chicken chili and yogurt with strawberrys and granola
S-cheese and sausage and a fruit smoothie made with no calorie drink
D-1 heatly choice hot dog with chili sauce and onions and 1 tater tot
S-pork rinds
I might have another yogurt before I do to bed..not sure.
This is the FIRST day in a LONG time where the only carbs I have had are from fruit (and 1 tater tot) and not some type of bread. Just remembered I did have the granola on my yogurt.
I took my Vitamins and drank my water.

Monday's eats were not good...I didn't even bother to log them. Ish....
--nf, sf latte, Cliff Kids bar
morning snack--2 frigo lite mozz sticks, kashi pumpkin spice granola bar(both bars)
B- 1 cc waffle, 1/4 cup sf syrup, 1 sf 'twinkie'
L- 2 cups butternut squash soup (w/potato chunks...NOOOO!), another sf 'twinkie'
S- 1 GNC lite prot. bar
Grazed: WW sf toffee candy, WW sf pint patties, sf Reeses (this was Halloween backlash)
mini bag of lite popcorn
D- 1 cup rice krispies, 1/2 cup nf milk
S- 1 packet ls oatmeal
Bad eating day and a whole lot of it was just willfull eating because it was the last day of work and I was just being lazy. Never should have bought that sf candy but I have gone without any of it for so long and watching everybody eat their Halloween treats I guess it just got to me. Well, it is out of my system now!
