Wednesay accountability

Never got to my yogurt last night.  After that chicken fiesta something did not sit well with me so I ended up just having some hot ginger tea.  Funny even this far out I can still get that knot in my gut if I don't chew well enough (I know it wasn't too dry...it is soupy for cryin' out loud) or eat a bit too many (haven't done that in a long time).

Movin' on...

B- protein shake
S- coffee with s/f creamer
L- goin' out with a friend and not sure where yet (maybe it is a good thing I skipped the yogurt last night cause the calories maybe high for today!)  probably have a salad or soup who knows.
S- PB protein balls (if I get at all hungry after eating out at lunch)
D-chicken w/ broccoli
s- yogurt

B - Protein coffee with a 1/2 scoop protein powder.
L - EAS protein shake on the way to the doctor.
S - Arctic Frap shake  (seeing a pattern?)
S - 2 pieces of beef jerky and 1/4 of an avocado
D - Homeade chicken cordon blue and greek salad

S - if I need it, might be a protein cookie.

Been on the go a lot today so lots of shake drinking... looking forward to dinner, making and taking it to a friend's house before bible study :) yum
