It's Monday...accountability
Wow, you are doing great!!!
Today started well, then my TOM hit at work and a bunch of other stress stuff and the day has rather fallen apart. Here is the ugly truth:
--lactaid latte
--1 chocolate bran muffin
--1/2 cup 0% fage and 1/2 cup kashi go lean
--1 serving meat crust pizza, 1 slice sf pumpkin cheesecake
afternoon snacks: 2 frigo light mozz sticks, another choc. bran muffin, another lactaid latte, 3 tab. roasted soynuts
--all veggie soup, 1/2 cup Melissa's apple crisp
calores: 1560
carbs: 170
fats: 53
protein: 103
These numbers aren't exact....I am just guessing at the pumpkin cheesecake since I haven't compared the recipe that is plugged into my sparkpeople database with the actual recipe. I am hoping the actual recipe is less fat grams.
Long, hard day at work= heavy exercise. Lots and lots of water...no prob. there, all caught up on vitamins.

B - Salad with turkey, romaine, onion, cauliflower and red pepper and light romano olive oil dressing. I worked the night before so I didn't want breaky foods. lol.
L- Homeade protein cookie. Just 1 scoop of protein powder and some olive oil or light butter and SF syrup.. mixed together and nuked for 25 seconds.. works for me!
D- Protein shake with lgt van soy milk
S - 2 slices of turkey, 1.5 oz of read cheddar cheese (yum)
That's all she wrote. I only slept 2 hours and had to go to SG so no exercise yesterday. I will be hitting the gym today!
