I am still at it.  This is the longest I have been able to keep track and stay on track (as far as journalling).  It helps that I only have to write it down once and not log in multiple times or refer to my list multiple times throughout the day.  Too OCD for me to do it that way so this is working out great.  Write it down once the night before or the morning of...takes only a minute or two.  Then the decission is made and I don't have to think about what to eat, how much to eat, etc.  Also keeps me in line a little better.  I plan my day at just about 1000 to 1100 calories and that leaves me alittle wiggle room if I do have a little more chili or put cheese on it, cause technically I will usually eat about 1400 calories.

B- Protein Shake
S- coffee w/ sf creamer
L-soup (had frozen in the freezer)
S-boiled eggs
D-lentils w/jalepano cheddar skinless sausage
S- yogurt w/ granola

I am loving the hot tea in the late afternoon or evening cause the weather got a little cooler the last few days here and Ilove the feel/ambiance of fall and winter!

I did my 36 minutes yesterday and will do 36 min again today on the elliptical.

Hope everyone has a good one!

Great Job Elaine!!! You are doing terrific, keep up the good work and momentum with this.  It WILL pay off!

This is my eats today:

Breakfast: Protein coffee using 1/2 scoop protein powder.

Lunch: Salad from Subway (grilled chicken)

Snack: Coffee with two tablespoons of half and half and splenda and SF syrup (out with a friend)

Dinner: Protein Shake

I need to start logging, I haven't logged that yet.  I will start logging with you tomorrow Elaine. I promise!

As for moves: I did not formal exercise today b/c my muscles are SO sore from weight lifting.  I did do a lot of walking around shopping though :)

See you tomorrow and thanks again!

And sooo You have just described ME!   Food... to scale... add next food... etc... Eat... Log (Repeat)  OR  Enter  "better vs best" food choices... decide... Food... to scale... add next food... etc... Eat... Log...  Monitor through day and night...  Hmmmm... OCD???  LOL

My Endoscopy found a small hiatal hernia and some biopsy material was taken to rule-out other problems.  New Rx is being tested for 5 days.  New Rx is basically Old Rx with Baking Soda for $$$$.  I should know by the end of the week if it works.  Main difference, other than the BS, is that the capsule is taken 1 hour prior to food with 8 oz of water.  Guys... It's the same Rx, BUT $$$$?!

Forgot to Mention:  Size Counts!!  Dr's "hand gesture" of the size of my pouch was about the size of an Extra Large Egg!!!  Hey, I'm Thrilled!!!

B: Fasting prior to Endoscopy L: 1 c pea soup w/ 2 Saltines, 1/2 stuffed cabbage, 4 oz mashed potatoes D: 1/2 veal parm sandwich, 1 slice cheese pizza S: LS oatmeal, 2 stuffed clams, 1 T Blue Bonnet spread, Nature Valley almond crunch bar
