Accountability Wednesday!
WELL LET'S SEE TODAY WAS A VERY BAD DAY AS IT HAS BEEN FOR THE LAST LITTLE WHILE. I PROBABLY CANT EVEN REMEMBER EVERYTHING THAT I DID HAVE TODAY BUT I WILL TRY. I HONESTLY NEED TO START WRITING IT DOWN AGAIN.
B: COFFEE W/ CREAMER, SPECIAL K HIGH PROTIEN CEREAL, COTTAGE CHEESE
S: PEANUT BUTTER W/ GRAHAM CRACKERS
L: 1/2 TURKEY AND CHEDDAR CHEESE SANDWHICH, PIG SKINS, NO SUGAR ADDED BUNNY TRACKS ICECREAM.
S: PEANUT BUTTER AND SF JELLY SANDWICH, 1/2 GLASS MILK
D: PINTO BEANS AND MIXED VEGTABLES, 1/2 AN APPLE
S: GRAHAM CRACKERS 1/2 CUP MILK
AND NONE OF THIS WAS MEASURED SO THERE IS NO TELLING HOW MUCH I REALLY DID EAT. ALL I KNOW IS THAT WHEN I'M DONE EATING MY BELLY HURTS (WHICH SURE ISN'T A GOOD SIGN). I DON'T THROW UP ANYMORE BUT SOMETIMES I KNOW I WOULD FEEL BETTER IF I DID.
