Dream Breasts... PS?

I have wanted to ask this question, but it seems OT.  Since we are all around the stage that PS could be a possibility, what would your Dream Breast size be?   My first bra was a size C cup and my largest size... had a lot of Drs... with a large rib cage measurement.  My shoulders and back hurt from being too large.  I ended up with a good amount of stretch marks over the years.  Now that I am thinking of PS, I am considering a new smaller size.  I figure that if I was smaller that I might not have as much "droopage" later also.   I was thinking of asking the PS what size would "fit" my body, when I am ready for surgery.  I've heard that computer renderings are now available, but don't know much about them.  I've also heard that some PS provide patients with inserts for them to "test drive".  Is any of this correct???  

I know that this is personal, but hope that someone responds to me.

PS: Here is the PS site that I am considering.  Obviously, it has naked bodies on it... as it is PS.  If you do not want to view it, don't.  If you do, I'd appreciate any comments on the Doc's work.  Good or Bad... just honest... I don't want to have to go through PS twice.

PS2: Not "everyone" in my house thinks that I should go smaller (DH... Hmmm...), but I figure that the ultimate say should be mine.  BTW.. this is not why we are having problems...   Are you and your spouse in agreement on "size"???  Does it matter??? 

I actually used to be a G cup (yes they make those ;-p ) and had a breast reduction in 2000 making me a C.  Best thing I ever did, besides RNY.  My DH said his "goodbyes" the night before surgery and now says anything more than a mouthful is waste.  Little did he know all this weight loss would leave some droopy imposters of boobies.  Because I was so large before I would never consider getting implants, however, I would love a lift to put them back where they belong.

I don't have any "body"... "gland mass"... whatever you would call it.   Just skin.  If they put my breasts back where they should be, I don't know what they would use to make "breasts".  I don't think that I have an option about implants.

G !!!  OMG...  The C must have felt like heaven after carrying so much Boobage!  Goodbyes... the night before?  Hope that the surgeon didn't figure that out... no tell-tale signs! 

Mouthful... Wow, your  DH is ALL GUY!   You must have a lot of laughs together...  Guys see things sooo much differently than women.  Although I'm sure just the word "Mouthful" could get a Guy laughing ....

So... You'd be up for a size C without implants...  What if the PS suggested implants?

After the kiddies, we're getting them done.  I was also a 38G, and had them reduced when I was 25.  I went to a C cup, but admit, I think a full C is what I would want again.

Due to the reduction, I'm going to have to go implants because there is not much breast material left.  Though I do now have to go to a bigger cup size.. pregnacy boobs.. blah.

Those lovely pregnancy boobs are going to get HUGE!  When the "Got Milk" arrives and you have a "Let Down", it is like lawn sprinklers are going off!  Now this can happen when you least expect it... drenching Dear Babe,  overflowing nursing pads at the grocery store when another baby cries, and YES, during "the wild monkey dance"... IF you get my drift!  Lordy, great revenge on DH and tons of laughs, but who has to clean-up?   YOU... every time!   Pregnancy Boobs Rule!

I have wondered the same thing about myself.  After my TT (if insurance company will get off their duff, last letter said they needed pics and further hosp info?! Pics were sent and the hosp is the  same place I had orig surgery! I think they are stalling but that is another rant)   I really want my arms and new girls.  If I get just a lift I don't know what size I will be and I really want to be a C I think.  I currently still wear a D but padded to give the fullness.  I am afraid without implants I will be a small B and I like my girls!  I don't have a spouse to be concerned with but I argue with myself enough as it is LOL.

C sounds like the winning Boobage size...  I think that most cloths, bathing suits, etc would look best with a set of Cs...

I am in the same boat Ro.  Nothing but skin there and as the PS liked to call it "breast envelopes".  Nice eh? ICK!  Anyways, he said that by looking at my hip size he likes to figure the breast size along with the available envelope.  He says I need larger C smaller D.  I about crapped myself no joke.  LOL!  Hello.. what?  But after looking at some pics online that he recommended, he is right.  He said he has never had anyone complain about being too big, only not big enough.  Interesting eh? I just don't want to look like a fabricated barbie doll when finished.  Not my idea of beauty.

Your PS's reasoning sounds like body proportion is the key... Good Idea...  

So what is the difference between a larger C and a smaller D.... cleavage?  side profile?

Right now... PS seems like "Fix the Raggedy Anne" in my case...
