I need to get into the water and non grazing habit myself. We can do it!!! I do good with protein and vitamins just like you, exercise.. well I stay active but no formal, get your heart pumping exercise lately. NOT GOOD for me.. i need to get my heart rate up! I feel u on the soft/squishies also.. I am right there with you. I have lost almost all my muscle. Let's get it together... get ready for accountability to return starting tomorrow. I am recommitting and you can recommit with us!
Glad your weekend at work is going well! Mine is good but very busy. I have 3 patients out of 7 in MRSA isolation, I am sure you guys have heard of that in the news.. scary stuff.

Hi, Mel... Glad to hear that your family is on the horizon.. coming into view.. and soon to be here!Everything takes time and you've been making a lot of good decisions... so I firmly believe that you will make a great Mom and have a happy family.... and a very lucky babe too! Congrats!!!!

Thanks for the well wishes on the family planning. I am excited to get the ball rolling here soon. I should hear back from the PS claim submission in a couple weeks and we are letting all information help mold our decision. If they refuse it all, I doubt we will appeal right now and move forth with natural or maybe even foster adoption, hard to say at this point but our eyes are wide open with it all and trying to collect as much info before we make a decision. Sometimes I wish I would just get "oops" and then the decision would be made.. but you know me, such a planner, I doubt I let that ever "happen".
Have a great Sunday and I will see you TOMORROW :) Dust that beck book off.. I need to be reminded where we left off.. any ideas? I need to go back and look sometime when I wake up tomorrow. Wow, long overdue with beck eh? Sorry about that.

Well as you all know I am terrible with posting everyday but I will try to do it some with you all.
Congratulations on your decision to foster/adopt. My hubby and I went through the classes 2 years ago and during the classes we found out he had cancer so he ended up with two surgeries within 3 months so we put it on hold well then at the end of 2006 is when I had my RNY so we just never did get it going again. Maybe one of these days if it is the Lord's will we will try again.

Hi, Mini Me... Thank you for sharing about your husband's cancer and surgeries. Hoping that he is well and that you two will someday work towards foster/adopt. 2006 must have been a very stressful year for you & your DH. Perhaps 2009 will be THE year of small blessings... pink or blue! Lots of hugs...
