Thursday Eats
Breakfast-Weigh****cher Yogurt
Snack-I went to Sams and had a sample of chicken, beef and pancake
Lunch-grilled cheese sandwich on light wheat bread
Snack-popcorn and a fun size payday (I know)
Dinner-piece of Talipa fish
Snack-Apple and cheese and 2 pieces hard candy
I know I got my water in today so that is GOOD.
I did not use Fitday like I said I was as when I went to Sams I had no idea how to put that in so I did not.
My day could have been better BUT trust me it is much better then what it has been recently.

Not bad, Diana...way to go! Just like you, i was going to get the food journalled but by the time I'd written a couple of posts and then started dumping I had to shut the computer off and head to bed to wait it out and then got busy and just forgot.
We had a breakfast 'thing' at work today and I was good...preplanned my food for it. Have overdone the carbs today but I'm still not feeling back on track from getting off kilter last weekend doing that bowel prep. Also up tonight was the monthly support group meeting and a mad dash after work to get a costume together. A lot of eating on the run, protein bars etc. Slowly but surely I'll get my food plan back where it needs to be. Here's pretty much what I ate but not in any particular order:
1/2 cup egg beaters, 1 recipe cottage cheese pancakes, 1/3 cup sf syrup, about 4 slices of turkey bacon....washed down (and through!) with coffee What a treat!!!
2 Cliff Kids bars, 1 GNC lite protein bar
2 lf mozz sticks, 3 pieces turkey bacon
1 pkg tofu shirataki noodles, abt. 4 oz turkey breast, 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2- 16 oz. lactaid lattes w/sf syrup
1/2 cup low sugar granola
Definitely got in my water today...always much easier at work than at home.
Wish I didn't have to get up so early for work in the a.m., I am just dying to blog about support group. I wore a costume and had SO MUCH FUN!
Anyway, have a great day tomorrow too Diana. What are you planning on doing to survive the weekend? I have to really plan SOMETHING because I have to work plus have some social committments so it will be hectic and that often equals eating too many protein bars.
