Wednesday Weight In
I'm not posting this week's because I don't want to be lynched.
I'll just say baby and I are still maintaining, even though I eat constantly and am making sure to include complex carbs for baby's development.
Husband and brother say I'm like a bear. I hibernate and only come out to eat, or forage for food. Men.
I know you and Molly can do it Diana! Don't get all down, it's bad enough with the seasonal change of weather, the economy and the dang holidays coming!
And with that said, I'm going foraging again. Maybe yogurt before bed. Found it helps keep me from being queasy in the morning, if I eat right before bed.

Heather, honey
u absolutely don't have to post weight if it makes you uncomfortable but what is this talk about being lynched???? after all, you are eating for two so, of all of us, you definitely deserve a break.
i don't have any kids yet but hope to have 2 someday before i turn 40 (i'm 33 now). while i know i'll have to find a balance btw. maintaining weight loss and properly nourishing my baby, i fully expect to gain SOME weight in the process and then lose it after giving birth,---it's only natural.
